Jennifer has a passion for life and excellence. Being one of the original partners of the Dan Plowman sales team, she has been instrumental over the last 12 years in helping to test and improve many of our systems during their creation. As a result of implementing and perfecting these systems in her own business, Jennifer has achieved leadership group status, 100% Club and Platinum Club awards (RE/MAX). With her accreditation as a CFP (certified financial planner), NLP practitioner coach, and a psychology degree, Jennifer now shares her passion for these systems as a Master Coach for the past 8 years with Dan Plowman Team Systems in order to help our clients build their business to whatever level they desire.
Sandra Francisco joined Dan Plowman Team Systems as a Master Coach after having studied the DPTS systems and methodology in its entirely. Sandra’s unique talent of developing business strategies and structure to execute vision provide clarity and direction to business leaders across North America. She is certified as a Master Coach and Practitioner of NLP, TimeLine Therapy, Hypnosis and a certified trainer of the Human Potential Life Map. Her ability, to understand the big picture, while maintaining focus on the details is a valuable asset to clients. Sandra spent 13 years in corporate Canada as a leader in the fields of Information Technology and Marketing. Sandra holds university degrees in Business Commerce and IT Management. Sandra exudes energy and confidence, refuses to accept the status quo and challenges clients.
Tammy Napier is currently the Director of Operations for The Dan Plowman Team. She is a key component to the ongoing success of the Team and effectively implements and enforces the systems we use every day. She is a valuable part of our continued growth and achievements and always up to the minute on what is being used, & how it is working on Dan's Team. Tammy has been licensed for 20 years, working her way through virtually every position within the industry, from training, recruiting & business development to eventually becoming Team Leader & CEO of a successful KW office. Tammy has recently added to her wealth of knowledge and is a certified NLP practitioner, NLP practitioner coach, Time Line Therapy Practitioner and is a certified hypnotherapist.
Shannon Smith has been a valued member of the Dan Plowman Team since 2010. She began as an inside sales associate, generating leads for field agents on the team. Quickly mastering the scripts and skills needed to be successful at converting leads to appointments, Shannon was then promoted to Inside Sales Manager, where she oversees a staff of 3 inside sales agents. Today, more than 50% of the team's business comes from the inside sales department and their conversion skills and techniques. In addition to managing the team's ISA department, Shannon also assists Dan Plowman Team Systems with coaching and training these same systems that have proven so successful. She is a popular presenter at our annual Team Summit.
Shannon studied Psychology, Sociology and Social Anthropology at the University of Toronto. After graduating, she attained her teaching certificate for private school. Teaching and public speaking are in her blood as she knew from an early age that was a path she wanted to follow. She puts those skills to good use with Dan Plowman Team Systems and loves working with like-minded colleagues and clients, who have a passion for sales. Shannon is married to her best friend and has two beautiful children.
Wendi has been with Dan Plowman Team Systems since its inception in 2008. She currently serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including coaching, training, events, customer service, new business initiatives, and overall message and branding. Wendi brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She was instrumental in helping one of the top real estate companies in Denver grow from 2 offices and 50 agents to 5 offices serving over 350 agents. Wendi went on to join RE/MAX International in Englewood, Colorado where she worked directly with founders, Dave & Gail Liniger, before joining the Corporate Relocation department as Marketing Manager. Wendi also worked with Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies as a Project Manager for their BrokerWolf product, and was a key player with the software rollout to RE/MAX International.
Leesa joined Dan Plowman Team Systems in September 2016 and serves as Director of Sales & Client Care- responsible for all corporate Sales, Business Objectives, and the company’s unique culture. Prior to joining Dan Plowman Team Systems, Leesa held multiple senior HR leadership positions. Her background also includes President and CFO roles in several business units, such as Software Development, Sales and Finance across Canada. Leesa has extensive experience leading organizational transformations, driving large-scale global change and growth, delivering mergers and acquisitions, and building world-class human resources teams. Leesa has earned a Higher National Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Washington DBD programme, with a concentration in Human Resources. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration along with several professional Human Resources & Accounting certifications.
